Terms of use for the purchase and use of the FIRSTOFF CARD.

These conditions ("Firstoff Card Terms of Use") regulate the terms of purchase and use of the virtual Firstoff Card ("Firstoff Card") issued by Firstoff SNC ("Firstoff") in particular via the Firstoff application for Smartphones ("Firstoff App") and/or the web page www.firstoff.ch ("Website").

The Firstoff Card Terms of Use shall in no way be construed as a waiver and/or limitation of the general terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). For all matters not covered by these Firstoff Card Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall apply.

Firstoff reserves the right to change the Firstoff Card Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the Firstoff Card holder to check the Firstoff Card Terms of Use periodically.


    1. The basic price for activating and maintaining the virtual Firstoff Card is: CHF 1.00 per month. The cost of the Firstoff Card may vary according to promotions and/or temporary discounts specified by Firstoff.

    2. Firstoff Card can be activated directly from the Firstoff App or the Website.


    1. Firstoff Card is active from the day of issue and shall be valid for one year or indefinitely, month after month, by paying the automatic reactivation subscription; this depends on the option selected at the time of purchase/activation of Firstoff Card.

    2. Firstoff Card is valid only if all information concerning the Cardholder is correct, especially but not exclusively, name, surname, recognizable personal photograph of the face (sunglasses, hats or other are not allowed).


    1. In order to be able to benefit from any offer, it is necessary to log in to the Firstoff App from your Smartphone before ordering and show the Firstoff Card to the manager, waiter, bartender, etc., who will scan the QR code on the Firstoff Card to confirm its validity. The virtual card can only be used by the holder indicated on the Firstoff Card.

    2. The Firstoff Offers apply exclusively to the holder of the Firstoff Card and shall not be granted to third parties unless the offer formulation provides for this.

    3. The Firstoff Offers can be viewed on the Firstoff profile of each Premises. The Firstoff Card holder shall be responsible for viewing them in real time, as the said offers may change.


    1. All information, data, documents, graphics on the Firstoff Website and/or the Firstoff App are provided for general information purposes only and no warranty (including with respect to third parties), express or implied, is made as to their accuracy, reliability or completeness.

    2. Firstoff shall in no event be liable for any reason whatsoever, in particular but not exclusively, for the absence of or changes of any kind in the premises, offers or events on the Firstoff Website and/or the Firstoff App, any and all reimbursement is excluded.

    3. Firstoff reserves the right to make corrections and/or changes to the data published on the Firstoff Website and/or the to the Firstoff App at any to any time and without prior notice and shall in no event be liable for any lack of completeness, correctness and timeliness of the graphics, information, data, documents provided and/or the information, content and/or other contributions in any form whatsoever submitted, respectively published, by Firstoff and/or third parties on the Firstoff Website and/or the Firstoff App.


    1. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Firstoff Card Terms of Use and all related aspects and/or matters shall be subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict of laws rules, and shall be settled by the competent court of Lugano.
